Cojo’s Artwork in Bushwick
I currently have a solo show of paintings and drawings up at L’ Ange Noir Cafe, 247 Varet Street in Bushwick (Varet & Bogart St.) featuring some of my larger paintings on canvas in my cartoony style. The show will be up till November 1st, so if you want to see these pieces in person, this is your last couple of days.
If you would like to come by (Wednesday, October 30th) I will be hanging out in the cafe from about 3pm till 7pm TODAY working on drawings for my next show. The place is very laid back, so if you want to come hang out, see the work, shoot the shit, or hang out and draw, be sure to grab your drawing materials and swing by for a bit.
I am currently working on a solo show for mid-November into December in the Lower East Side which opens on the 12th, with an artist reception on the 14th at Le Salon D’Art . The next show is a departure from the bulk of this work, as I am continuing my gradual shift towards abstraction.
The next photos I personally took just after I installed the show, and then when I threw the little opening reception on BogArt Night.
