ANCHORMAN- THE LEGEND OF RON BURGENDY COJO REVIEW 7-18-04

This is Will Ferrell's rendition of Austin Powers. Same type of "spoofing an era" comedy, but instead of the cheesy swinger from the 60's, it's a cheesy ladies man from the 70's. Christ, Ferrell was in the movie THE LADIES MAN! Tim Meadows should give him a beat down.
It's not roll in the aisles funny, but funnier then the average SNL skit. Worth seeing in the theater if you are depressed and need to giggle.
