COMPLEX MAGAZINE PARTY AT APARTMENT 6-2-03
Not my apartment, a trendy little club called THE APARTMENT in Manhattan's meat packing district, complete with couches and bed. COMPLEX had their newest issue release party (Mike Tyson strip, and a Zima ad I did are in it) there and I got drunk on the open Hennessy bar. Hung out with the Complex art department, a few writers and got to meet their wives, chilled with Ben White- the Editor in chief, and David Curcurito- Art Director.
Andre Jointe, assistant art director from King Magazine was there (who I worked with recently), and hung out with Darhyl Crooks, Designer at Complex. (I worked with both of these guys back in the day when they worked at THE SOURCE, now I work with them at their new magazines respectively.) My crew from ELEVATION SUITE MUSIC GROUP was there, as well as some of the guys from Gawsie .
Just another day in the life of an Art Juggernaut.
