COJO SEEKS PARTY VENUE 9-24-03
COJO's having a birthday party in NYC and is looking for a VENUE!!! Sometime in EARLY OCTOBER. IF ANYONE HAS ANY INFO ON A PLACE (Cool loft or nice empty floor of a building, penthouse, apartment, open space, or even a bar) THAT WOULD LIKE TO INCORPORATE MY BIRTHDAY into some night in the next few weeks, where a bunch of us- friends/ colleagues/ clients/ fans, could go and hang for a night and toast my womb flume ride 26 years ago LET ME KNOW!!!!
If you have space and think it's possible, I'm looking for early October sometime, even a night during the week. GIVE ME THE HOOKUP and you will be handsomely rewarded by a stunning write up in the update about the event and major props of course!
So, now you know, it's that time of year again. A time to celebrate the perennial reminder of the ever looming imminence of my death, and how it's continual rapid approach seems faster and faster as the years tick by. AH, birth= cause, death= effect, spaced out over a few years, but what can you do about it? You can't outrun time. Seems just last week I was writing an update about turning 25.
But, now I'm turning 26 on September 25th, I can't believe my age in years has finally surpassed the calendar date of my birth. I'm one year closer to 30 and one year closer to sleeping with the fishes (Don't worry, I'll use protection). "Oh, that's tight!!! Humm...tastes like chicken."
